Healthcare workers are a gift. They deal in the currency of hope and trust. As a society we need them at the top of their game to help prevent and treat disease.
As the COVID-19 pandemic ravaged the world we were moved to action – we couldn’t sit on the sidelines and watch as healthcare workers suffered because they didn’t have sufficient strategies and tools to advance their leadership capacity. They suffered enough, they needed help.
So we jumped in and together we created Advancing Healthcare Leadership to serve as a thought-center-entity-of -action that works to rebuild the leadership skills of America’s most important industry.
